Random number is a computer generated number. While there is a conflict in ranking process such as two candidates has same cutoff mark, fourth optional subject score and date of birth, the random number will be used.

The usage of the random number is a rare scenario. Any how, noting down the number would be useful at times. The University will publish the random number around June 2nd week.

TNEA 2016 Dates

+2 Exam Results would be published by May first week (Tentative and Last year it was published by May 7, 2015)

Application inviting notification to the public would be called by TNEA 2016 on media by April 14, 2016

Application issuing process will starts by April 15, 2016

Random Number will be published by June 15, 2016 (Tentative)

Rank List will be published by June 19, 2016 (Tentative)

General Counselling will be starting on July 1, 2016 and ending by July 31, 2016 (Tentative)

Vocational Counselling would be held in July 1st week (Tentative)

Sports counselling would be held along with the Vocational Counselling on July 1st Week (Tentative)
