Here for your reference I am giving you the eligibility criteria of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination:

Candidates must have passed class 12th with minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST) in the concerned subjects.

Candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational as the optional subject
