Will JEE Main Be Tougher Than AIEEE
I have done my 12th and planning to apply for the AIEEE or JEE exam want details about both the exam. Can you please tell is AIEEE exam is tougher that Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) provide details along with eligibility to apply also tell what are the important dates of this exam?

AIEEE is now replaced by JEE. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an all India common engineering entrance examination of objective pattern which is conducted for admission in various engineering colleges and courses all over the country Eligibility Criteria Candidates are suggested to check the JEE Main 2017 eligibility criteria before applying: Candidate’s date of birth should fall on or after 01 October, 1992 for general candidates and 01, October 1987 for SC, ST and PwD candidates. Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam in 2015 or 2016 are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing 12th or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply. Candidates must have completed their class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates who have passed 12th or equivalent exam in 2014 are not eligible to apply. Aspirants should have minimum five subjects in 12th/qualifying examination. A candidate can attempt for this exam for only three times. Diploma (3 years) holders are also eligible to apply. Candidates appearing qualifying examination in 2017 may also eligible to appear. JEE Main Paper 1 Syllabus: The JEE Main paper 1 will be composed of all theory topics of three subjects which are physics, chemistry and mathematics. JEE Main Paper 2 Syllabus: The JEE Main paper 2 has been divided into three parts i.e. mathematics, aptitude test and drawing test. Exam dates: Official notification release November, 2016 Application form release first week of December, 2016 Application form correction window one week in the second half of January, 2017 Release of Admit Card first week of March, 2017 JEE Main offline exam (Pen and Paper Based exam) first week of April, 2017 JEE Main online exam (Computer Based exam) second week of April, 2017 Result declaration last week of April, 2017 Counselling schedule first week of July, 2017 |
