IPU CET or Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test is conducted by Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for offering admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes.

The varsity conducts the entrance exam to provide admissions to undergraduate engineering aspirants in various streams at GGSIPU and its affiliated colleges.

Last Date of Online Applications: April 12, 2016
Issue of Admit Card: First week of May, 2016
Date for IPU CET 2016: May 8, 2016

IPU CET Admit Card:
One must possess the IPU CET Admit Card while appearing for the entrance test.
Admit card can be downloaded from the university website just 7 days prior to the CET exam date.
One can download IPU CET Hall Ticket by using their login and password.
One must carry two hard copies of the admit card, with passport size photographs on it, on the day of the exam.
One must preserve the Admit Card of IPU CET 2016 till the time of counselling/ admission


IPU CET Exam Pattern:
The exam will be conducted in English
Exam duration will be 2:30 hours
IPU CET will comprise a total of 150 questions
The applicant secures 4 marks for every right answer while he/she will lose 1 mark for every wrong answer
The exam will be conducted in offline mode (OMR).
Only black ball pen can be used for marking and writing the exam.
