Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. JAM exam 2017 is a National Level Test conduct by IIT Delhi for Admission to Integrated Ph.D. Degree programmes at IISc Bangalore (IISc) and M.Sc. (Two Years), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, M.Sc.-M.Tech., M.Sc.- M.S. (Research)/Ph.D. Dual Degree and other Post-Bachelor’s Degree Programmes at various IITs for the Session 2017-18.

JAM exam 2017 will conduct on 12 Feb 2017

IT JAM 2017 Eligibility-

Candidates should have at least 55% aggregate marks for General/ OBC (NCL) Category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks for SC/ ST and PwD Category candidates in the qualifying degree.

IIT JAM 2017 Application Fee-

Application Fee is Rs 1500/-, Rs. 750/- for General and OBC, Female (All Categories) SC / ST / PWD candidates respectively, for one paper.

For two papers, the fee is Rs. 2100/-, Rs. 1050/- respectively.

Exam pattern-

Examination will be conducted for the seven test papers, namely:

Biological Sciences (BL)
Biotechnology (BT)
Chemistry (CY)
Geology (GG)
Mathematics (MA)
Mathematical Statistics (MS)
Physics (PH)

All seven test papers will be of fully objective type

Date of JAM 2017 Exam: 12th February 2017 (Sunday)

Session-I: 09.00 am to 12.00 noon, Test Papers - Biological Sciences (BL), Mathematics (MA) and Physics (PH)]

Session-II: 02.00 pm to 5.00 pm, Test Papers - Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG) and Mathematical Statistics (MS)
