Applicants who wants to pursue UG courses in of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka but has not passed the qualifying examination from Karnataka PU Board and those who want to pursue PG courses but who has not passed the qualifying examination from this University are required to submit Eligibility Certificate.

Then click on tab “Downloads” from the bottom of the page

Then a new page will open

Now click on the link “Online Eligibility Application Form”

You will be directed to the new page

Click on “Register”

Again a new page will open



On this page enter the details and then click on register

Then you will get the application form of Eligibility Certificate.
