The admission process for Xavier Institute of Management XIMB constitutes of various arduous steps which an aspirant has to undergo, before the final selection.

The applicants have to appear for either the XAT (XLRI Admission Test) or CAT (Common Admission Test).

The tests constitutes of sections dealing with questions on verbal and analytical ability and data interpretation.

Final selection is made based on the performance in the Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview along with Past Academic Performance and relevant Work Experience.

Also the graduates with work experience have expertise in various domains like Engineering, Finance, Consulting, and Marketing and have worked with some of the most esteemed organizations in India.

Eligibility criteria-

Minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 55% (60% MBA-UMG) marks in aggregate, from a recognized University

Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree

Selection Process-

Candidates short-listed on the basis of admission test (XAT, CAT, GMAT, or X-GMAT) scores will be called for Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview

Candidates will have to meet their own travel/stay expenses for attending the interview session.

The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMAT, Writing Ability Test, & Personal Interview, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience.
