Only the following test-scores are acceptable for admission in MBA (Master in Business Administration) course offered by Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar:

CAT (Common Admission Test, conducted by the IIMs) of 29 November 2015,
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test, conducted by XLRI) of 3 January 2016,
Valid GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test, conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council), and
X-GMAT (Xavier – Graduate Management Aptitude Test, conducted by XUB) of 10 January 2016

XIMB Management Seats

For the 2016-2018, the plan of Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar is to take up to 20 domiciles and up to 20 non-domiciles.

Within each category, 5 seats are reserved for fresh graduates and post-graduates, 2 for non-resident-Indians, and 10 for those with work-experience of at least three years.

The residual 3 is open to all and be filled according to merit.

If excellence applicants are not available in one of the three sub-categories, the vacant seats would be added to the 3 general seats under that category and is open to all in that category according to merit.

If excellence applicants are not found in one category, seats would remain vacant.
