Description: The Resident Youth Care Worker is a live-in paid, full-time position (food and lodging is given even on off-days) in charge of giving initiative and bearing to Rawhide folks. Character Qualities:

Solid individual duty to Biblical qualities with a capacity to show these qualities in an excellent good way of life

Capacity to identify with teenager with outrage and animosity issue who has been stuck in an unfortunate situation with the law

Decisive, self-assured, and delicate in working with teenagers and staff

Capacity to work under specialist of others

Composed and reliable

Have a legitimate driver's permit, without limitations (aside from glasses) and have a decent driving record

Must be no less than 21 years of age
