B.Arch

Eligibility :
XII with 50% (with Maths) or Equivalent with NATA with atleast 40%

Intake :
140 (One Hundred and Forty)

No candidate, with less than 50% marks in aggregate, shall be admitted to the architecture course unless he/ she has passed an examination at the end of the new 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as subjects of examination at the 10+2 level.

or
10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.

or
International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.

All Admissions to Architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture
This course is approved by Rajasthan technical university and is as per Council of Architecture guodelines. the course enables the student to pursue his/her career in architecture.

FEES:
The fee as notified by the Director Technical Education & Govt. of Rajasthan are as under:
1. Rs. 70000.00 Per Year Tuition Fee at the time of admission

2. Rs. 3000.00 RTU Development Fee (One Time)

3. Rs. 7500.00 one time Caution Money (Refundable)

SEATS ALLOCATION:
Through RPET 70% of the total seats for Rajasthan Candidates, through RPET 15% of the total seats for Out side Rajasthan Candidates and through Management 15% of the total seats.
