There has been an aberrant change in the control of ABN AMRO Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. (speculation director to ABN AMRO Mutual Fund or the 'AMC') and ABN AMRO Trustee (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Trustee Company).

A consortium including The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, Fortis S.A./N.V. furthermore, Banco Santander S.A. procured the whole offer capital of ABN AMRO Holding N.V. (a definitive parent organization of the support) in October 2007 through an open offer.
