UGC-Academic Staff College of Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi recruits the candidates for non teaching positions under following posts.

UGC-Academic Staff College vacancy details

1. Computer Assistant - Pre revised Grade Rs.5000-150-8000 plus admissible allowances and benefits

Essential qualifications:

(A). Master degree in any subject with 1 year Post Graduate Diplima in Computer Application.

(B). Atleast 3 years experience in the field of computer operation in a recognised institution.

Desirable: 1. Experience in using of various types of software packages, internet, data processing, multimedia operation and audio-visual aids for teaching purpose.

Person having knowledge of EDUSAT operation will be preferred.

2. Jr. Assistant - (Pre revised Grade Rs. 3050-75-4590 plus admissible allowances and benefits)

Essential Qualifications:

Graduate with knowledge of computer operation and knowledge of English & Hindi typing on computer.

Desirable: Person having knowledge of account and bill processing will be preferred.

3. Hostel Attendant - Pre revised Grade Rs. 2550-50-3200 plus admissible allowances and benefits

Essential qualifications:

A. Class 8th Pass and knowledge of guest house/hostel activity.
B. Atleast 5 year’s experience of attendant of any recognised institution.

Desirable: Person having knowledge of activities of ASC will be given preference.

Age:

For Post No. 1 : 18-40 years.

For Post No. 2, 3 the age will be 18-35 years.

The maximum age limit will be relaxed for those applicants working in the scheme/project in BHU as per existing norms of the university.
