Institute of Company Secretaries of India conducts the Company Secretary Exam. This examination has three sections which are:

Foundation programme,
Executive programme
Professional Programme.

Eligibility:
Foundation Programme
The applicant should be 10+2 pass with Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts) from any well recognized board of education in India

Executive Programme
The applicant should have completed Graduation any streams except Fine Arts.

Professional Programme
You must pass the Executive Programme of CS Course

Duration
Foundation Programme 8 Months
Executive Program: 9 Months
Professional Program: 9 Months
Management Training: 15 Months

Examination fee
Foundation Programme -Rs. 1200/-
Executive Programme - Rs. 1200/- per Module
Professional Programme -Rs. 1200/- per Module
