Yeah, you are eligible to do B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering but on the basis of marks of your 12th class not on diploma and to do this course you have to clear JEE entrance exam.

B.Tech. Aeronautical Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering is an undergraduate Aerospace engineering course. The duration of the course is 4 years.

12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
These subjects must be compulsory.

After this clear the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E.) conducted by IIT’s in January and May every year.
