Here are some information
The Air Traffic Control Tower Simulation System (ATC-TSS) is the first in the Air Force to feature a nine-screen vertical display.

The TSS is managed by Mr. Steve Larson from the Simulators Division of AFMC’s Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WNS) in direct support to the Air Force Flight Standards Agency and is designed to provide a realistic simulation of the local airport environment for training ATC operators when live traffic is not available.

The demo configuration is designed to provide controllers a larger field of view for fighter aircraft operating at the higher pattern altitudes.
