No you can’t apply for MBBS after BPT, because both are different course.

Why do you do that, you can do master in abroad, so that you will be recognised as Doctors, better than MBBS.

After BPT lateral MBBS won't be possible. Both are related to medicine but are different subjects.

The process of applying for medicine is different.

If you would like to study in the UK you can go for something related to Physiotherapy itself if you like.

And you could go for Applied Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University after attaining a HPC registration.

There are some universities in Eastern Europe and Philippines who do offer admission on lateral entry scheme after carefully examining the subjects and testimonials of aspirant's UG Degrees (Bsc-Nursing, BPT, BHMS and BAMS) into their universities.
