Yeah you can apply for job in Air Force after MBBS through CMS Exam. Combined Medical Services Examination (CMS Exam) is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment as Medical Officer in various organizations such as the Indian Ordnance Factories, Indian Railways functioning under the Government of India.

The Notification for this examination is usually released in the month of March and examination is conducted in June.

CMS exam Eligibility Criteria

You should have passed the written and practical parts of the final MBBS examination.

You should have attained the age limit of at least 32 years

Age relaxation for reserved category is applicable as per the norms.

CMS Exam Pattern

Part I is written examination of 500 marks.

The written examination in two Papers, each Paper carrying a maximum of 250 marks.

Each paper is of 2 hours duration.

Part II is personality test carrying 100 marks o

There is negative marking of 1/3 of mark for each incorrect answer.
