Statement of marks of the Bachelor’s Degree Examination

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Non Creamy Layer Certificate ( if applicable)

Domicile certificate (if applicable), clearly indicating the place of permanent residence of the father/mother.

Certificates of Proforma A, B, C, D, E and F as applicable

The candidates reporting for admission should have these certificates in original at the time of reporting
