As you Asking for the General Instruction for Filling the Excel Date Sheet of the AICTE Entrance Examination the Instruction is given below A. Faculty : i. The System should have Microsoft Office 2007 installed in it ii. All data where column header is in Red is mandatory data iii. Wherever dropdown list is given, please select value from the dropdown. No other values will be accepted iv. One data row has be entered as a sample data row, for reference v. Please select Programme first and then Course vi. FY/Common Subject Teacher should be entered only if First Yr teacher is Y vii. If FY/Common Subject Teacher is Y then enter FY/Common Subject B. Technical Staff : i. The System should have Microsoft Office 2007 installed in it ii. All data where column header is in Red is mandatory data iii. Wherever dropdown list is given, please select value from the dropdown. No other values will be accepted iv. One data row has be entered as a sample data row, for reference v. Please select Programme first and then Course vi. Please ensure that the Program, Course, Department and Level combination to be entered in present in the Courses Tab. No other combinations will be allowed. C. Admin & Other Staff : i. The System should have Microsoft Office 2007 installed in it ii. All data where column header is in Red is mandatory data iii. Wherever dropdown list is given, please select value from the dropdown.
