Hi I would like to have the details of the Vigilance department at AICTE as well as the procedures which are followed at the council?

The AVD is worried with the tenets and directions in regards to watchfulness openly benefits. The SPE wing of the CBI explores cases including commission of offenses under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The Chief Vigilance Officer [CVO] acts as a Special Assistant/Advisor to the Head of the apprehensive Department in the discharge of these functions. He also acts as a connection officer between the Department and the CVC as also between the Department and the CBI. The Administrative Vigilance Division was set up in the Service of Home Affairs, in August 1955, to serve as a central office to expect general obligation regarding against defilement measures. Watchfulness Procedures Against defilement measures of the Central Government are an obligation of Managerial Vigilance Division [AVD] in the Department of Personnel and Training; Central Bureau of Investigation; Watchfulness units in the Ministries/Departments of Government of India, Central Public Enterprises and different independent associations The disciplinary powers; and The Central Vigilance Commission |
