What is the difference between AIEEE and JEE (Joint Entrance Examination)? Please provide me information regarding syllabus, examination duration, affiliated colleges and paper pattern? Please provide information about this topic?

I heard that AIEEE exam has been replaced by IIT Joint Entrance Exam Advanced (JEE Advanced), if yes can you please get some information?

Yes it is true AIEEE exam has been replaced by IIT Joint Entrance Exam Advanced (JEE Advanced) and here I will gather information for you. Application fee Female candidates Rs. 1,200 SC, ST, PwD candidates Rs. 1,200 All other categories Rs. 2,400 SAARC countries USD 135 Non-SAARC countries USD 270 Reservation SC candidates 15% ST candidates 7.5% Foreign Nationals candidates 10% Defense Services candidates 2% OBC-NCL candidates 27% PWD (in each of the open, OBC-NCL,SC & ST) candidates 3% Exam centres The exam centres are usually some selected zone-wise centres where the examination is scheduled to be conducted which is in India and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Following is a list of the chosen seven zones: IIT Bombay Zone IIT Delhi Zone IIT Guwahati Zone IIT Kanpur Zone IIT Kharagpur Zone IIT Madras Zone IIT Roorkee Zone |
