Qualification
Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or its equivalent exam with subjects English and PCB from a recognized university and secured 60% aggregate in case of General and OBC category candidates (50% for SC/ST category students).

Nationality
Candidates must be a citizen of India.

Age limit
The age of candidate should be 17 years

Exam pattern
The examination paper will be in two languages only i.e. Hindi and English.
The format of question paper is computer based and contains 200 multiple choice questions.
The duration of exam is 3 hours 30 minutes.
1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer and 1 mark for each correct answer.
The question paper will contain 60 questions from Physics, 60 questions from Chemistry, 60 questions from Biology and 20 questions from General Knowledge.

AIIMS Medical (MBBS) entrance exam is a national level entrance test conducted by All India Institutes of Medical Sciences AIIMS, New Delhi for admission to MBBS programme offered by seven AIIMS institutions of the country.

AIIMS MBBS Eligibility

Candidates must be cleared 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with securing minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/OPH Candidates

Candidates appearing in 12th or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit: Candidates must be completed the age of 17 years

MBBS Exam Pattern

The AIIMS exam will be held through online mode (computer based test).

The exam duration will be 3 hours + 30 minutes.

The question paper will be composed of 200 Multiple Choice and Reason-Assertion type questions.

For each correct response 1 mark will be given and for each incorrect response 1/3 marks will be deducted.
