Institutional spot counselling was held at AIIMS Jodhpur for Post Graduate Seats available at the Institute on 29th Jul 2016 at 12 Noon.

The following were the vacant seat positions which are available –

MD Anatomy – 2 Seats (Unreserved)

Eligibility –

1. One who has secured no less than 50% marks in AIIMS-PG Entrance Examination held on 8th May 2016 was eligible to apply

2. One should have a valid Rank Card from AIIMS-PG Entrance Examination website

3. One should have a valid Admit Card stating roll number of the candidate

4. One should have all the certificates available for verification as per AIIMS-PG Entrance Examination prospectus


Important Dates:
1. Online registration for Spot Counselling: 26th July 2016 - 28th Jul 2016 (5 PM)
2. Spot Counselling at AIIMS, Jodhpur: 29th July 2016 (Before 12 Noon)

Procedure –

1. One needs to apply for Institutional Spot Counselling at the AIIMS Jodhpur website from 26th July 2016 to 28th July 2016 (5 PM)
2. One who applied for spot counselling before 28th Jul 2016 had to come in person to Medical College, AIIMS, Jodhpur on 29th July 2016 before 12 Noon.
3. One who has not applied online for spot counselling will not be entertained.
4. All the certificates along with the AIIMS-PG Entrance Rank Card were verified.
5. After due verification, depending on the candidates reporting after Online Registration, the seats are allotted to one strictly on merit.
6. The original certificates of the candidates are kept in the Institute for the duration of the course.
7. One who are allotted seats have to make payment of fees immediately and undergo medical exam before admission to the course.
8. No extension is given with regards to joining/payment of fees or submission of certificates.
9. One needs to be physically present for the counselling. No representation is entertained in this regard.
