Alliance University is a private university established set up in 2010 by Act No. 34 of the Karnataka State. It was established under the aegis of Alliance Business School, is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi and is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), India.

It offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in business administration, programs for working professionals, and customized programs for the armed forces.
