Mostly engineering colleges accept minimum of 60% in the 12th PCM, but you can apply through management quota's and even some private colleges ask about only pass in 12th class, you should try in these types of the colleges. If you belong to the SC/ST/PH or in other reservation candidate then you may get 5% less in your marks.
