Amrita University is a private multi disciplinary university with campuses located in Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Kochi. The institute was started in the year 1994 in Coimbatore. It was granted the University status in the year 2003.


Fee detail-
: The fee for the academic year 2016 is:
Amritpuri campus – Rs. Rs 4.03 lacs
Bengaluru campus – Rs. Rs 7.50 lacs
Coimbatore campus – Rs. 6.93 lacs
Kochi campus – Rs. Rs 4.03 lacs
Application Fee: Rs. 1000/- approx

Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the cutoff marks of the MBA entrance exams such as-
MAT- 80 percentile
CAT- 70 percentile
XAT- 75 percentile
GMAT- 550 Marks
GRE- 300 Marks
CMAT- 300 Marks
The shortlisted applicants will have to appear for Personal Interview rounds.
