Graduated class of 1981-85 bunch of Engineering have given Rs 70 lakhs for development of 6 bed doctor's facility at North grounds. Sri G Mallikarjuna Rao, a former student of this college has given Rs. 10 lakhs for development of Andhra University Teachers' Association office. One of the graduate of the Department of Chemistry included Andhra University as one of the investors in his property deed before he passed away. In like manner, the University got Rs.65 lakhs and it was used for the development of an understudies' inn.

Another alumni from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences upheld for the development of another working for the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences by burning through Rs.4.5 crores. Numerous graduated class established prizes and decorations, conceded grants to praiseworthy understudies, gave books to the departmental libraries and upheld infrastructural offices in particular offices.
