Is Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) going to increase the salary package for freshers???? I completed engineering degree and want to join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Will you tell about increment in TCS for freshers along with salary package details? Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Limited is an Indian multinational information technology service and consulting company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. TCS Salary details: Most freshers joining TCS for the last couple of years get a salary package of Rs. 3.15 Lakh per annum Increment details: On completion of 1st anniversary you will get 1st increment based on your anniversary rating. After the completion of 2 years, you become a Systems Engineer. The increment again depends on your band and appraisal rating. A 'C' bander with get about Rs. 4.25 lpa and a 'B' bander with have a salary of Rs. 4.5 lpa. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the country’s largest recruiter in the information technology (IT) services space, does not expect salaries offered to fresh graduates to rise this year. These have remained unchanged between Rs 3.15 lakh and Rs 3.50 lakh for four years. TCS has digitised its entire campus hiring process with the only manual intervention being at the interview stage. Now Students can register at its recruitment portal after they enrol in any of the colleges accredited with the company and participate in online communities and contests such as Code Vista, a coding contest, and Mobeel, for creating mobile apps, and win prizes including a chance to work in TCS' R&D team. After that they can check if they have been shortlisted for placement in TCS after an online test through the portal. |
