I want to apply for Convocation certificate in Savitribai Phule Pune University so can you provide me the Application form to apply?

Savitribai Phule Pune University invites online application form from candidates to apply for Convocation certificate.

Follow the process to get the online application form of Convocation

Go to the official website of Savitribai Phule Pune University

Then click on tab “Student Corner” and then “Convocation”

Then a new page will open

Now click on the link “Apply Online for Regular Convocation Degree Certificate”

Click on “College login” from right side

Again a new page will open




On this page, enter your user name and password and then click on submit button.

The fee once paid will not be refundable for any reason.

The student who have completed the degree course with one special subject and again same course with another subject will get Degree Certificate of first degree only.
(B.A. to B.A., B.Sc. to B.Sc., MBA (Finance) To MBA (HR) etc.). Those students are not eligible for second Degree Certificate.

The eligible candidate fill the form online, pay the fees & upload their final year marksheet compulsory.

Don't send hard copy of the Application Form to Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Students are requested write your name in Marathi/devnagari where specified in online form. Whatever spelling you provide in online form, same will be reflected in degree certificate.

External students UG & PG Degree Certificate will be send by speed post after Convocation Ceremony.

Please keep student copy of challan. Degree Certificate should not be issued without challan copy. Please be noted.
