===firstly go on the official website of AIIMS
==now on the Home page you will get registration or Login format
===on that format you have to filled you course and click on the GO option so you will get another page
==on that page you will get login format on the login page you have to filled your application number and password then click on the login option so you will be easily logged .
==after login you will be able to fill online application form..
