Asia Pacific Open University of Martial Arts
What is the course structure of the Ph.D. courses in martial arts offer by the Asia Pacific Open University of Martial Arts? Is it good to do Ph.D in martial arts from Asia Pacific Open University of Martial Arts. I am worried to do this course. Sorry to say you but there is no martial arts course is offered by Asia Pacific Open University. The Asia Pacific Open University is does not offering degree in martial arts. But the workshop for MAGMA (Malaysian Martial Arts Grandmasters Association) Martial Arts Academy now offers diploma and bachelors’ degree courses as well as Masters’ and PhDs in martial arts. The programs are in partnership with the Asia Pacific Open University offers the Undergraduate and the Post-graduate studies to both local and international students and conducted at its center in Taman TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam. For the diploma program, one has to be active in martial arts for three or more years, or have trained for more than 90 contact hours, whereas for the degree program, one must have at least five years of training, or more than 120 contact hours. As for the Masters’ degree and doctorate, one must have at least 10 to 15 years of training and holds an instructor or masters status.
