Candidate must be an Indian Citizen .

Candidate must be Permanent resident of Assam.

Candidate must possess a good moral character.

Candidate must be physically and mentally fit.

Candidate must passed 10+2 level exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English subject with a minimum of 50 % marks .

17 years – 21 year
