The Placement Cell at International Management Institute Kolkata is a dedicated for the students and the industry for a seamless integration of all necessary knowledge transfer and coordination.

For the students, it helps in creating essential alertness regarding employment opportunities, plunging as per industry expectations and in their capacity-building for value-addition to the corporate. For the industry, it provides a platform from where recruiters can identify talent.

• A company is encouraged to conduct a pre-placement talk (PPT) to highlight available job profiles, career growth opportunities and compensation details.

• After the PPT, students register for the selection process. The company can conduct the process (GD/Case Study/Written Test/Personal Interview) for students on the same day.

• If company cannot visit the campus for PPT, recruiters can forward a softcopy of their PPT which would be shared with students. CVs of students would be forwarded to the company. The company can then conduct the selection process (GD/Personal Interview) through video conferencing.

• The companies are invited to the campus for conducting their selection process, the month of September onwards.
