Yes you can go for a B.Arch course after B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation course.

But that will not make sense as both are bachelor courses and both are the different branches of the engineering.

If you go for B.Arch after B.Tech, then, it will be illogical and wastage of your precious time and hard earned money of your parents.
