University of Kalyani Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme aims at developing the understanding and competencies required by practicing teachers for effective teaching-learning process at the secondary stage.

B.Ed. Programme

Duration of the Course: The minimum duration of the programme at University of Kalyani is two year.

B.Ed admission Eligibility:

Candidates should be graduate (10+2+3) from recognized University.

Fresher candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the programme.

Selection Procedure:

For Deputed Candidates, short list will be made on the basis of teaching experience.

For Fresher Candidates of all categories (Gen., SC, ST & PH), short list will be made on the basis of their academic records.

For admission into B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Course in the colleges affiliated to Kalyani University, an entrance test is conducted by Kalyani University.
