Created for people with visual impairments, talking ATMs deliver private spoken instructions through a headset that plugs into an audio jack so one can: • Get cash • Transfer money between accounts • Check account balances • Make deposits and payments • Complete other transactions (at selected ATMs only) Easy to use 1. Any mini-plug headset work with talking ATMs. 2. Use own or request one from Bank of America free of charge. 3. To request a headset, visit local banking center or call 800.432.1000 (TDD/TTY 800.288.4408). 4. After plugging headset into the audio jack, one hears a description of the layout for the particular talking ATM using. 5. To begin, insert or swipe card. 6.
