From my experience you should do Mtech . first preference that it should be full time if not then part time. But you must increase your qualification beacuse it will increase your salary also.

Secondly in future if you think you can increase your qualification then it becomes difficult to brush up the knowledge and fill the gap. so you must go for higher studies now.
