Bihar Board Urdu Teacher Recruitment

My friend said me that the Bihar School Examination Board has released recruitment for Urdu Teacher. I have done MA in Urdu. So please give instructions to me that how I can apply online for this recruitment? Is there any written exam conducted by Bihar School Examination Board for the post of Urdu Teacher? If yes, so give syllabus and pattern of Written Exam.
