You need not visit Patna Main office for these certificates

Visit your School/College
Write the application to principal for duplicate certificate stating the valid reason
Get the application verified and forwarded to Divisional Office of Your respective School.
Attach Xerox of Admit Card, Marksheet and Certificate if available
Go to Divisional Office of Your respective School
Submit the Form
Pay the Fee
Done. You will Get certificate by Evening.
