Birla Hindi High School
Can you please help me in getting the details of the senior section at the Birla Hindi High School? Birla High School in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, was founded by Lakshmi Niwas Birla in the year 1941. The name of the school was changed from Hindi High School to Birla High School in the year 1997 by the organisation . The school is organized in two sections in separate buildings, the Junior Section and the Senior Section. The Girls' Section that was earlier a part of this school, but is now affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) under the name of Sushila Birla Girls' School. Here are the details of the senior section at the school – Facilities at the school – Computer Lab Audio Visual Room Library Medical Check-up Laboratories Smart Board The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. Affiliation No. is - 2430001. Students at the school take the AISSE and AISSCE at the end of class X and XII respectively. They may opt for the commerce/science/humanities stream at the Plus 2 level at the school. School timings – Classes VI to XII have a regular working day from 7.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Monday through Friday. School fees are based on a rational structure that varies from middle to high school and the Plus 2 section at the school. The fees are subject to revision from time to time at the school and are directly proportionate to the existing cost of living that is prevalent at the time. New admissions to classes VI – IX at the school are taken only in case of a vacancy or in special cases of meritorious children of parents who have a transferable service while granting the admission opt the school.
