Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra Invites Applications from Eligible Candidates for Admission to the 3-year (6-Semester) Full-Time Master in Computer Applications (MCA) Programme Through Entrance Test

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% ( 55% for SC / ST/ PwD ) marks in average of all subjects in Class 10.

Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% ( 55% for SC / ST / PwD ) marks in average of all subjects in Class 12 / Equivalent Examination. The candidates must have passed in Mathematics / Computer Science as one of the subject in Class 12 / Equivalent Examination.

Registration Fees

For General and OBC candidates the application fee is Rs.2500/-.

For SC/ST the application fee is Rs.1500/-.

Syllabus and Exam Pattern for BIT Mesra MCA Exam

• The exam consists of 120 questions to be answered in 2hrs.
• All are objective type questions
• There is negative marking

The test covers following subjects:

• Mathematics
• Computer awareness
• English
• Analytical ability
• Logical reasoning
