Post graduate degree from any discipline

Minimum Experience
Minimum 20 years of functional risk experience in the areas of Retail Risk, Corporate, Institutional & Commercial Clients Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk in banks is essential.
Exposure to analytics would be an added advantage.

Job specific skills Applicants should possess the following attributes:
▢ Good knowledge and grasp of banking practices, financial markets, Basel III and products at a higher level and awareness of India regulatory framework
▢ Strong diagnostic and dispute resolution skills, ability to make independent decisions with a strong sense of empowerment and leadership skills to command the respect of a cross functional set of professionals at senior level (internal and external) working in open ended situations.
▢ Significant leadership experience expand with large teams.
