Auto LPG

LPG being a clean environmentally friendly fuel, if the vehicles are fuelled with LPG, air pollution will reduce to a great extent.

Bharat Petroleum was the first Oil Company to take the initiative for setting up of an Auto LPG Dispensing Station (ALDS)

It run vehicles on LPG as a pilot project in Delhi in October 99.

They have today 79 Auto LPG Dispensing Stations (ALDS) in various cities (including metros) in the country.

High Octane Number (88) and Low Evaporation residue of Auto LPG ensures high efficiency when LPG is used as a fuel in internal combustion engines.

Low volumes of vehicular exhausts like CO, SOx, NOx, Benzene and Particulates etc. make Auto LPG eco - friendly, resulting in improving the general air quality.
