Building Completion Certificate MIDC
Hello friend here I want to get MIDC Building Completion Certificate application form along with Check List for For Building Completion Certificate?? As you want here I am providing MIDC Building Completion Certificate application form along with Check List for For Building Completion Certificate MIDC Building Completion Certificate application form Check List for For Building Completion Certificate 1) Amended plans in metric system if the changes are made during construction period (Plans in Six sets) 2) Latest consent to operate from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for air & water. 3) True copy of approval issued by the Factory Inspector along with the original letter & plan. The Original letter & plan will be returned after verification. 4) True copy of license of the Architect, along with original which will be returned after verification. 5) Certificate of licensed Architect, stating that the work is carried out satisfactorily under his supervision. 6) Certificate from the qualified Structural Engineer, regarding soundness of the structure, quality of materials use of the work stating structure is constructed as per approved design 7) Get the drainage plans approved, if not done previously through licensed plumber along with “L” section of drainage line with all details. 8) The copy of the licensed of plumber, who has carried out work along with original license, which will be returned after verification. 9) Certificate from the licensed plumber stating that the internal, external, drainage works are carried out as per rules & approved drawings. 10) True copy of approval from Explosive Department if there is any storage of explosion. 11) Temporary structure, if any within plot are is demolished before approaching Building Compilation Certificate. 12) Compound wall & approach road should be constructed as per approved plans and cross drainage’s work having NP2 class pipe of required sizes, but not less than 1200mm should be provided on the approach road. 13) Certificate of the owner stating that provision for 24hrs storage of water is made. 14) After submission of the revised plans, the approval will be accorded after site verification by the concerned representative of M.I.D.C. 15) True copies of approval issued by the Foods & Drugs Department, along with the original letter will be returned after verification. 16) Plantation of Tree minimum 1.00 No. per 100 m2. 17) If you have changed Architect, then submit previous Architect’s N.O.C. 18) Development charges, Scrutiny charges as per requirement. 19) NOC from CFO MIDC if height exceeds 15.00mt. 20) NOC from Local Authority, MCGM.
