ASTC and private buses ply between Guwahati and Jorhat. Private taxis are also available. One can take either bus or a taxi to reach Jorhat city. Both are easily available from Guwahati.

How to reach Jorhat by Rail:
Local trains such as Satabdi Express, Intercity Express are easily available from Guwahati Railway Station and National Trains like 'Rajdhani Express', 'Kamrup Express' are easily available from stations like New Delhi, Kolkata Railway Station to Jorhat City (Mariani Station).
