Re: CBSE TC Attestation
An understudy looking for admission to any class in a 'School' will be qualified for admission to that Class just on the off chance that he: (I) has been considering in a School perceived by or subsidiary to this Board or some other perceived Board of Secondary Education in India; (ii) Has passed qualifying or equal qualifying examination making him qualified for admission to that Class; (iii) fulfils the necessities of age limits (least and most extreme) as dictated by the State/U. T. Government and pertinent to where the School is found; (iv) Produces: (a) The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate marked by the Head of the Institution last went to and countersigned, if required as gave somewhere else, in these Byelaws; (b) Document(s) in help of his having passed the qualifying or identical qualifying examination; and (c) Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths, any place existing as verification of date of birth. Affirmation: Specific Requirements Affirmations upto Class VIII (i.e. Class VIII and beneath) might be controlled by the guidelines, directions, requests of the State/U.T. Governments relevant to where the School is found. Admission to Class IX in a school should be open just to such an understudy who has passed class VIII examination from an establishment partnered to this Board or to any perceived Board or is perceived by the Education Department of the Government of the State/U. T. in which such an organization is found. Admission to Class X : - As the syllabus recommended at Secondary level is of two years coordinated course, no confirmation might be taken in Class X specifically. Given further that admission to Class X in a school might be open just to such an understudy who: (a) has finished a standard course of concentrate for class IX, and (b) has passed class IX examination from an establishment partnered to this Board. (c) An understudy who has finished a standard course of concentrate for Class IX and has passed Class IX examination from a foundation perceived by/subsidiary to any perceived Board in India, other than this Board, can be admitted to a school just on the exchange of the parent(s) or moving of their families starting with one place then onto the next, in the wake of obtaining from the understudies the check sheet and the Transfer Certificate properly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned. If there should arise an occurrence of such affirmations the schools would acquire post facto endorsement of the Board inside one month of confirmation of the understudy.
