Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) is focused on a strategy of nondiscrimination in instruction and work. No individual should be victimized in wording and states of business, staff practices, or access to or investment in projects, administrations and exercises concerning: age; ancestry, color; gender identity and expression; intellectual disability; learning disability; mental disability; physical disability; marital status, national origin; race; religious creed; sex, including pregnancy, transgender status, sexual harassment and sexual assault; sexual orientation; or any other status protected by federal or state laws. Discrimination in employment in light of hereditary data is restricted. What's more, CCSU won't decline to employ exclusively in view of an earlier criminal conviction, unless that refusal is allowed by Connecticut law.
