Re: Cd De Instalação Do GPS Ndrive

The information is intended to help those who wish to install the iGO 8.3 browser with a custom menu in the GPS NDrive Touch SE along with the Windows CE 5.0 version.

Steps to Follow:

You will require two Applications
-ActiveSync
-NDrive Agent

1 - Download as well as install ActiveSync and NDrive Agent (these programs are responsible for your PC to communicate with the GPS).

2nd - Connect the NDrive Touch SE to the USB port as well as then you will encounter a synchronization screen. Select YES and confirm. A screen like the following will be shown. »BACKUP 3º - Click the Browse button

To list the GPS files as well as folders and then copy the ResidentFlash and SDMMC folders to your hard drive.

»MODIFYING AND UNLOCKING 4º - Enter the directory" \ ResidentFlash \ NDrive "and rename the file NDrive.exe to Ndrive1

Enter the memory card folder (SDMMC) to generate the Menu folder.

Move the folder TRD00000 that is in the root of the SD Card into the Menu folder that you just created.

Adding the IGO as well as Programs

Then it has been updated. It is important to place the IGO Browser on the correct resolution of your 3.5 "NDRIVE Touch as well as to leave it faster.

Unzip the iGO browser you downloaded, open the sys.txt file that is in the root of iGO8.3 as well as change the following:

Before
[interface]
skin = "ui_igo8"
resolution_dir = " 480_272 "
vga = 0
shutdown_time = 0
exit_on_restart = 0
maxzoom2d = 6000000
minzoom2d = 150
show_exit = 1

[rawdisplay]
class = "landscape"
screen_x = 480
screen_y = 272

After
[Interface]
Skin = "ui_igo8"
resolution_dir = " 320_240 "
vga = 0
shutdown_time = 0
exit_on_restart = 0
maxzoom2d = 6000000
minzoom2d = 150
show_exit = 1
[silver]. [/ Silver]
[rawdisplay]
class = "landscape"
screen_x = 320
screen_y = 240

Enter the Save folder, delete all files, except the system.ini file which makes the browser faster, since in that folder it had previous saves from other users to other brands as well as GPS models.

Done, make these changes in the iGO8.3 folder, now copy it to the Menu folder of your GPS as well as getting now with 2 folders: iGO 8.3 and TRD00000.

Unzip the file NAV.zip as well as copy it into the folder ResidentFlash, being similar to the image below (do not worry if my figure has more or less files, it is anyway).

Unzip the program.zip file as well as copy it into the SDMMC card folder (do not worry if my picture has more or less files, that's the way it is).

Now unplug the cable, turn the power off as well as after a few seconds, turn it back on. If there is still no signal, press as well as hold the reset hole for a few seconds and then turn the unit on.

Once you have done all the above procedure, your GPS is already with the iGO browser as well as the Menu working
