At the UPSC site No Examination Notice is currently issued. But CDS Application Form 2016 was released by the Union Public Service Commission on 06 November 2015.

All the eligible aspirants willing to appear in this prestigious examination on 14 Feb 2016 (Sunday) can apply from 06 November to 04 December 2015. This date will be closed at this time.
