This is a state level admission procedure held to fill the professional degree seats in the colleges that come under the UT of Puducherry.

Courses and eligibility:

M.B.B.S and B.D.S

For admission to M.B.B.S and B.D.S courses candidates are required to have passed the H.Sc. (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu with a minimum of 50% marks (40% of marks for OBC/BCM/MBC/EBC/BT/SC/ST candidates) in aggregate, in the prescribed subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology, Botany and Zoology.

B.A.M.S

For admission to B.A.M.S course candidates are required to have passed the H.Sc. (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu in which they must have passed in the Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually. Candidates are also required to have a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of OBC/BCM/MBC/EBC/OPH candidates and 40% marks in case of SC/ST/BT& OPH candidates)

B.V.Sc. & A.H.

For admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry course candidates are required to have passed the H.Sc. (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination. Candidates are also required to have at least 50% marks (40% in case of OBC/ BCM/ MBC/ EBC/ BT/ SC/ ST candidates) in aggregate in Biology/Botany/Zoology, Physics and Chemistry.

Counselling starts August 2020
Counselling for other state candidates 4th week of August 2020
